Legendary Milk Sticky Rice from Kemayoran

Alright, so at first glance, there’s nothing unusual about a small plate of Kemayoran sweet sticky rice. But once it hits the tongue, the grains of sticky rice feel so soft. Especially when your tongue is teased by the melted sweetened condensed milk that has blended with the savory grated coconut which is the topping of this sweet sticky rice.
