1. Vinegar

2. Lemon

3. Baking Soda
If there is no vinegar or lemon, you can use baking soda as another material to neutralize rust on your car. Baking soda is very effective for cleaning rust on cars. The method is to scrub the rusty part using a brush or special cloth that has been soaked in baking soda.
