1. Inner and Outer Panels

There are various types and shapes of car doors. However, each door consists of 2 panels, namely the inner panel and the outer panel. These two panels are joined using a pressing method, creating a very strong construction. 

The panel is the source of the strength of the car door, and this strength is generated from the curves of the inner panel. The function of the inner panel is to store the car's electrical network cables. Meanwhile, the outer panel serves as a protector or cover and protects all components of the door.

2. Window Channel

The window glass is generally installed in the door channel, and all components such as the window motor and battery are located between the gaps of the inner and outer panels of the door. 

3. Hinge Mount

4. Rubber Channel
