Car Free Day Jakarta is a program organized by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government since 2001. This program was initially an annual event. However, in recent years, this program has been held every Sunday.

1. Car Free Day in the DKI Jakarta Province
The Car Free Day at the DKI Jakarta Provincial level is usually held around the area of Jl. Sudirman to Jl. MH Thamrin. The agenda of activities along with the locations for the Provincial Car Free Day on September 8, 2024, is as follows.

- East Jakarta Area: Jl. RA Fadilah, Cijantung, held every Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- East Jakarta Area: Jl. Pemuda Rawamangun, held every 2nd & 4th Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- West Jakarta Area: Tanjung Duren District, schedule is still tentative.
- West Jakarta Area: Old Town Tamansari, held every 2nd Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- North Jakarta Area: Sunter Lake Area, held every 3rd Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- South Jakarta Area: Jl. Dr. Saharjo & Jl. Minangkabau Manggarai, held every 1st Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM.
- South Jakarta Area: Jl. Mampang-Pejaten, held every 3rd Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM.
- Central Jakarta Area: Jl. Suryopranoto, held every 2nd or 3rd Sunday, from 06:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
