• Then enter the vehicle license plate number to be checked in the provided column. For the Lampung area, the front plate code is “BE”. Example: BE 8454 JAH.

2. Check via the “Samsat Online” application

The method is as follows.

• Open the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone.
• Then download and install the “Samsat Online” application.
• Then open the application, and the application page will display four icons: “Check Tax”, “Help”, “Service Info”, and “About”.
• Click the “Check Tax” icon, and the application will display the tax payment requirements menu along with the provinces throughout Indonesia.
• Scroll down and select Lampung Province.
• Then click the “Check Vehicle Tax” menu.

• Once done, open the application and select the “Check Tax” menu.

• Also enter the security code in the “Entry Captcha Code / Enter Captcha Code” column.
• Once done, click the search icon button.

4. Check via the Bapenda (Regional Revenue Agency) Lampung website

The method is as follows. 

• Open a smartphone or laptop browser, then access the official Bapenda Lampung website at the following URL http:pkb.bapenda.lampungprov.go.id/pkb
• Wait a moment until the website page opens. Next, the website page will display three columns: “License Plate Number”, “Rear Series”, and “Last 5 Chassis Numbers”.
• Then fill in those columns.
