How to Get My Pertamina Barcode Via the App for Subsidized Fuel

1. Download and install the My Pertamina application

To register in the My Pertamina application, first, you need to download and install the My Pertamina application.

2. Register a My Pertamina account

After the application installation is successful, open the My Pertamina application, then select the "Start" menu and choose the "Give Location Access" menu. Next, the application will display the "Login" and "Registration" menus. If you already have a My Pertamina account, you can directly "Login". However, if you do not have an account, you need to register. The detailed registration process is as follows.

5. Register for the subsidy

Next, the My Pertamina application will display a menu that subsidized fuel is provided for Pertalite and Solar users. Below that menu, there are two columns, a blue column for registration and a red column to get the QR Code. Choose the blue column to register. Then click the "Register New Account" menu.

Next, scroll down and check both approval boxes. Then click the "Register Now" button. The application will display the subsidy registration form for fuel. In that registration form, you will be asked to fill in your name, ID card NIK, phone number, email, and email password.

Once filled, check the box at the bottom of the registration form that you agree to the account creation terms. Then click the "Create Account" button.

6. Upload all required documents for the subsidized fuel program

The next step is to upload all required documents for the subsidized fuel program from Pertamina. Starting from a photo of your ID card, a photo of the front and back of the vehicle registration certificate, and a photo of the vehicle from the front and side. After the upload process is successful, you will receive an email notification that you are registered as a recipient of the subsidized fuel.

7. Save the barcode

After the process of creating a subsidized fuel recipient account is complete, you need to log back into the My Pertamina application, then select the "Precise Subsidy" menu. Then click the blue registration column. Then click the red column to access the subsidy account.

Enter your ID card NIK and password in the provided fields. Then click the "Log In" button. Next, you will receive a verification code sent via email.

Copy the verification code and fill it in the provided field. You will then receive a barcode. To view the barcode code, simply click the "View QR Code" button. Don't forget to save the QR code by clicking the "Download" button.
