In the context of toll payments, e-toll users can choose the method that best suits their preferences and convenience. From the comfort of accessing m-banking to the practicality of transacting at ATMs, as well as the speed and flexibility offered by minimarkets and online shopping sites.

However, amidst the many options, payment methods through m-banking from well-known banks like BCA and BRI, as well as the option to purchase e-toll balances at Indomaret and marketplaces, have become increasingly popular. In this article, we will discuss in detail how to top up e-toll through BCA m-banking, BRI, Indomaret, and various leading marketplaces.

How to Top Up E-Toll via M-Banking BCA BRI Indomaret and Marketplace

For you toll road users, there are several ways to top up E-Toll that you can easily try, including:

1. Through M-Banking BCA

Before topping up e-toll using M-Banking, make sure you have downloaded and registered first. After that, ensure that you have the NFC feature active on your phone.

  1. Activate the NFC feature.
  2. Open the BCA M-Banking application, on the main page select the m-BCA menu.
  3. Enter the access code.
  4. Then click on the Flazz BCA menu.
  5. Position the Flazz card behind your phone, then click on Top Up Flazz BCA.
  6. Fill in the top-up amount and then enter the BCA M-Banking PIN.
  7. Reposition the Flazz card behind your phone.
  8. Wait for a notification that the balance top-up has been successful.

2. Through BRI (BRIZZI)

To add e-toll balance through Bank BRI using the BRIZZI e-money card, you can follow these steps through the m-banking service:

  1. Open the BRI Mobile application on your device.
  2. Select the Internet Banking BRI option from the menu.
  3. Enter your User ID and password to log in.
  4. Select the Purchase menu within the application.
  5. Next, select the Top Up Brizzi Online menu.
  6. Select the BRIZZI Account number you want to top up.
  7. Enter the desired balance amount.
  8. Input the requested keyword or password.
  9. Tap the BRIZZI card on the back of your smartphone.
  10. After that, your BRIZZI balance will automatically increase.

3. Through Livin by Mandiri

Here are the steps to top up e-toll balance through Livin by Mandiri:

  1. Activate NFC on your device and tap and hold the e-money card.
  2. Wait until the e-money card is successfully read.
  3. Enter the desired amount, then select Continue.
  4. Double-check the amount before tapping Continue Top-up.
  5. Tap and hold the e-money card to perform Balance Update.
  6. Press Done after the balance update is successful.
  7. Swipe up to view and download the receipt.

4. Through BCA ATM

If you do not have BCA M-Banking, you can use an ATM and the method is just as easy. Here are the steps.

  1. Visit the nearest ATM outlet.
  2. Insert your ATM card into the card slot.
  3. Next, enter your BCA PIN.
  4. In the menu section, select the Flazz option, then click on the Top Up option.
  5. Enter the amount you want to add to your Flazz e-toll card.
  6. Click Correct if the entered amount is accurate.
  7. Next, the debit card will come out, then insert your BCA Flazz card.
  8. After that, information regarding the initial balance and top-up amount will be displayed on the screen.
  9. If the information is correct, click on the Correct option to continue the transaction process.
  10. Enter the BCA PIN again.
  11. Wait until the transaction receipt comes out.

5. Through Minimarkets

Another way to top up e-toll is through the nearest minimarket outlets such as Indomaret and Alfamart. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the minimarket outlet with your e-toll card.
  2. Inform the cashier that you want to top up your e-toll card.
  3. Specify the desired top-up amount.
  4. The cashier will then request your e-toll card and proceed to top up the balance through the EDC machine.
  5. When the top-up process is successful, you will be given a receipt for payment.
  6. For the e-toll top-up at minimarket outlets, an additional administrative fee will be charged ranging from Rp1,000 to Rp2,000.

6. Through Shopee

You can also top up e-toll through shopping sites like Shopee. The method is easy, follow these steps.
