Steps to Check Vehicle Tax via WhatsApp

• Contact the Official WA Number

Note the official WhatsApp number of the West Java Samsat Information Center, which is 0811-2230-1818. After that, open the WhatsApp application and send a message to that number.

• Start by Typing "Hi"

Type "Hi" in the chat box and send the message. Wait a moment for the bot to respond. Usually, the reply will be a list of available service options.
