How to Participate in Free Car Emission Tests

There are several ways you need to know to participate in the free emission test service. Here are the complete steps.

1. Via the JAKI (Jakarta Kini) app

The steps are as follows.

• Download and install the JAKI app on your smartphone. 
• Then open the JAKI app, and type “emission” in the search column.
• You will then be directed to the “list of locations and emission test results” menu, then click that menu. 
• Choose the emission test location that is close to your residence.

2. Via the Jakarta emission test website

The steps are as follows.

• Visit the website https://ujiemisi.jakarta.go.id/
• Then select the “four wheels” menu.
• Then fill in the emission test pass check column with your car's license plate number to find out if it passes or not. If it passes, immediately proceed to the “services” menu.
• Then click the “emission test booking” menu, then select “four wheels”. 
• Next, you need to fill in the information requested on the website page, from personal data information, emission location, to the test date.
• Once done, don't forget to save the proof of your online emission test booking. Submit this proof when visiting the testing workshop.
