Cleaning

As the name suggests, car salons provide a type of treatment that involves cleaning the car. This treatment is carried out by cleaning several parts of the car with water and shampoo.

The cleaning process includes the interior, exterior, and also the engine. Specifically for the engine, cleaning is usually done carefully. The car salon tries to avoid water entering the engine air intake during the cleaning process.

This is because if water enters the engine air intake, it will eventually get into the combustion chamber. Later on, the engine will have difficulty functioning.

Over time, cleaning is commonly done using various methods. Dry washing, snow washing, and regular car washing are some examples of these methods.

Coating

This type of car salon treatment is done by coating the car body in a certain way. This treatment is performed to protect the car body from substances that can cause rust.

Coating is further divided into two types. Nano coating and ceramic coating are what we mean. Nano coating is done by coating the car body with a nano-sized substance.

Meanwhile, ceramic coating is done by applying a liquid that contains ceramic to the car body. Of the two types of coating, ceramic coating is the most commonly used.

Ceramic coating is considered capable of protecting the car body, especially from rainwater. Rainwater is one of the main causes of rust on car bodies.

Detailing

If you want to enhance the appearance of your car, this type of car salon treatment can be chosen. This treatment is performed using polishing and waxing methods.

The polishing method is done by scraping off the dull paint on the car body. After that, it is replaced with new paint. This method is used when the old paint has started to fade.

After that, the car will undergo waxing treatment. This method is done by coating the car paint with wax. Wax can make the paint color appear brighter.

Not only that, wax can also protect the car from rust, scratches, and mold. In professional car salons, wax is usually applied using special machines.

Fogging and Fumigator

These two types of car salon treatments are specifically performed for the car's interior. Before undergoing these two treatments, your car's interior will be cleaned first.

After that, the car interior will enter the fogging process. The fogging process is carried out with the help of air blowing and air conditioning. Fogging can help keep the car interior free from bacteria.

After that, the car interior will enter the fumigator process. The fumigator functions to protect the car from insects that are commonly hidden in the cabin. 

The fumigator is optional. You can choose to use this treatment or not. Both fogging and fumigator treatments at the car salon will last for 30 minutes.
