Exploring the Differences Between Xenia Deluxe Family and Sporty, You Must Know

Vehicle Engine
Basically, there are three variants namely Mi, Li, and Xi. Mi is the lowest variant, Li is the second, and Xi is the highest. The deluxe version for family and sporty types can be found in the Li and Xi MT types.
These two types have a main difference in the choice of engine used, so the vehicle's performance will also relate to the choice of engine type.
In the Li type manual transmission, deluxe sporty and also family have similarities in terms of their engine performance.
Even in the Li version, both types of cars are already supported with similar engines. That is, using a 1.0 L 3-cylinder engine with manual transmission or the EJ-VE 1.0 VVT-i DOHC engine option.

In the Xi variant, the difference between Xenia Deluxe Family and Sporty is still not apparent. This is because both types of vehicles are also supported with the same engine options.
That is, using a 1300cc engine and a manual transmission model. Not only that, you also get engine options of 1.3 L and also K3-VE 1.3 L VVT-i DOHC.
Interior and Additional Features
Moving to the interior cabin. In terms of appearance, there is no visible difference between the family and sporty types.
For the Xi type, both already have various entertainment features with power windows, parking sensors, to CD player. It is quite complete compared to the Mi type which is the base build.
One thing that looks different is the interior door handles. In the Xenia xi family and sporty types, the door handles are already coated with chromium.
The difference between Xenia Deluxe Family and Sporty is more apparent due to the contrast in types. If in the Xi type the features provided are already complete, then the Li type has features similar to Mi Plus.
The features adopted from the Mi Plus type are evident in the presence of power steering which makes it safer and also looks modern.
Meanwhile, the cabin appearance and also the available infotainment are unfortunately not much different from Mi Plus, which is considered the lowest type in the Daihatsu Xenia lineup.

Exterior Xenia Deluxe Family & Sporty
The main difference is seen from the choice of wheels used in the Xi plus and Li plus types. For the Xi plus type, the wheels used are 14 inches in size, making it look more aggressive.
Not only that, this type also comes with a remote alarm system and a grille that is already coated with chrome. Meanwhile, the Li plus type uses 13-inch wheels.
The difference between Xenia Deluxe Family and Sporty in this type is seen from the addition of several exterior features.
For example, the deluxe sporty comes with roof rails and a rear horn to give a more sporty appearance.
Similarly, the family version has additional front horns and also a short spoiler located right at the top rear of the vehicle.
Overall, there is not much noticeable difference between these two options. The embedded engine is still the same as the others, and the features and interior do not have significant contrasts.
The only difference is the addition of simple exterior features in the form of horns and roof rails that make the deluxe sporty look more aggressive.
