LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) is the term for a variant of cars that emerged after automotive regulations in the country, prioritizing fuel efficiency and affordable prices. These factors have made various LCGC car brands very popular in the Indonesian automotive market. 

However, there is one thing that is often questioned by the public, which is whether LCGC cars are safe for long-distance travel? Especially since this car falls into the city car category, which is suitable for short distances, thus its capability is often doubted.

In simple terms, if the engine works harder than usual, in this case, traveling long distances, it can increase the risk of the engine wearing out quickly and overheating. It depends on how the driver performs three things: preparation, reaction (knowing what to do, including the condition of the car and the road), and anticipation (steps taken when seeing a situation). 

The stamina of the driver is also a determining factor in long-distance driving safety. Do not force it if you are already sleepy or tired; it is better to rest after 3 hours of driving than to endanger yourself and others. 

LCGC is Tough for Long-Distance Travel
