1. Check via e-Samsat.id site

To find out the tax amount for DB plate vehicles, you can check the tax through the e-Samsat.id site. The steps are as follows.

Visit the site https://samsat.id using your mobile or laptop browser. Wait a moment until the page "Check Vehicle Tax Throughout Indonesia" appears.
Then fill in the data according to the fields available on the site. Click the "Plate Code" field and select the letter "DB". Then fill in the "Plate Number", "Serial Number", "last 5 digits of the chassis number", and "TNKB color" according to your vehicle's identity.
Then click the "Select Province" menu. Choose North Sulawesi Province because the DB plate comes from several regions of that province.
Finally, click the "Check Now" button and the amount of vehicle tax that needs to be paid will appear.

2. Check via Bapenda Sulut site

In addition to the e-Samsat.id site, you can also check the DB plate vehicle tax using the official Bapenda Sulut site. The steps are as follows.

Visit the site https://bapenda.sulutprov.go.id/index-page=cekpajak using your mobile or laptop browser. Then a form "CALCULATE YOUR MOTOR VEHICLE TAX" will appear.
Then enter the vehicle's police number in the available field.
Select the type of plate color according to the TNKB (Black/Red/Yellow).
Then enter the number code displayed on the screen.
Next, press the "Calculate" button and the site page will display complete information about the vehicle tax along with the payment code.

3. Check via the "Sulut Vehicle Tax Info" app

The steps are as follows.

Download and install the "Sulut Vehicle Tax Info" app on your phone.
Then enter the vehicle's plate number in the available field.
Select the color field according to the TNKB color (Black/Red/Yellow).
Finally, press the "Vehicle Tax Data" button and the vehicle tax amount will appear.
