1. Check via e-Samsat.id site

You can check the DD plate vehicle tax by accessing the official Samsat Indonesia website. Here’s how.

• Visit the e-Samsat.id website or https://e-samsat.id/sulawesi-selatan/ through your mobile or laptop browser.
• Wait a moment until the website displays the columns “Plate”, “Number”, “Series”, and “Chassis No.”. 
• Fill in those columns with the vehicle registration number, vehicle series number, and the last five digits of the vehicle chassis number.
• Next, select the “Select Province” menu and choose South Sulawesi Province.
• Then, press the “Check Now” button. Within seconds, information regarding the tax amount and vehicle data will appear completely. 

2. Check via the National Digital SIM application (SIGNAL)

Alternatively, you can check the tax using the SIGNAL application as follows.

• Download and install the SIGNAL application on your phone. 
• If you have never created a SIGNAL account, you can register an account by entering personal data according to your e-ID card, email address, phone number, and a selfie. 
• Once your account is verified and registered, open the SIGNAL application again.
• On the main page of the application, click the “Add Motor Vehicle” button.
• Then press the “STNK Registration Confirmation” button. 
• The application page will display the vehicle license plate column. 
• Fill in that column according to the vehicle plate you want to check. For example, DD 1171 KK.
