2. Check via SMS

• Open your mobile phone, then select the SMS messaging application.
• Then type the message in the format “ESAMSAT” (space) “Vehicle registration number” (space) “Vehicle engine number or last five digits of the chassis number”. Example: ESAMSAT_DR 1301 KE_A6661.
• Then send it to the number 0812-3393-4000.

3. Check via Bappenda NTB website

In addition to the Samsat website, you can also check the tax through the Regional Revenue Agency (Bappenda) NTB website. Here’s how.

• Access the site https://bappenda.ntbprov.go.id/Informasi%20Pajak%20Kendaraan
• Then fill in the front plate number code of your vehicle in the “Regional Code” column. Example: DR.
• Next, fill in the four-digit number displayed on the vehicle's number plate in the “Police Number” column. Example: 1301
