SIM PKB: from Definition, Purpose, to How to Create

Purpose of Creating SIM PKB

Therefore, all teachers in Indonesia who are under the Ministry of Education must follow this competency system with the aim of improving education in Indonesia from the perspective of educators.

Requirements to Participate in SIM PKB

Actually, SIM PKB can be participated in by all teachers under the Ministry of Education. However, even so, the teachers who can participate in this system are those who already have the results of the teacher competency test (UKG). If they have not taken the test, the teacher must take the UKG first because the UKG number will be useful for registering a SIM PKB account.

In addition to the UKG number, teachers who are allowed to participate in SIM PKB are those who are members of the GTK community. This is because, by being part of GTK, the teacher has completed the minimum tasks of two groups so that their competencies can be tested.

How to Create SIM PKB

SIM PKB can be accessed through a website or mobile application. Friends can register an account on the website gtk.belajar.kemdikbud.go.id first. The steps are simple and not complicated, making them easy to understand.

The first step is that you must have a UKG number. This number is very important and must be owned to create SIM PKB. You can check the UKG number in the basic education data list or Dapodik of the school that is synchronized with the central Dapodik. Then access the GTK website by entering your name, province, and city.

After you know your UKG number, go to the GTK website and fill in all the personal data there. The last step, after all personal data is filled in, click "I am not a robot" to then download a pdf file containing the username and password that can be used to log in to the SIM PKB account.

Later, logging into the SIM PKB account is like entering a social media account. You can use the application or the website paspor-gtk.belajar.kemdikbud.go.id/casgo/login and then enter the email address and password you used during registration.
