The PPAT not only assists in the process of creating the AJB but also helps you to transfer the name on the land certificate to the BPN. The name transfer application must be submitted to the BPN no later than seven days after the name transfer agreement is signed.

After that, you will be asked to wait for two weeks. Then, you will receive the land certificate in your name.
