The steps are as follows.

• Then visit the official Dipenda Jatim website at the following page: https://info.dipendajatim.go.id/index.php?page=info_pkb.
• Wait until the website displays the form regarding “Motor Vehicle Tax Info”.
• Fill in your vehicle's license plate number in the “POLICE NUMBER (HH AA HHH)” column.
• Then fill in the vehicle chassis number in the “LAST 5 DIGITS OF CHASSIS NUMBER” column.
• Next, fill in the security code according to the code displayed in the “Captcha” column.
• If all columns are filled in correctly, press the “Search” button and the amount of the vehicle tax bill will appear. 

3. Check via the SIGNAL application

The method to check via the SIGNAL application is as follows:  

• Open the “Appstore” or “Playstore” application on your phone.
• Then download and install the “SIGNAL” application.
• If you do not have a SIGNAL account, you need to register an account by including a photo of your e-ID, a selfie, personal data, email, phone number, and vehicle data to be checked. 
• After the registration process is approved by the application, open the application and press the “STNK Registration Confirmation” button 
• Then fill in the vehicle license plate number you want to check in the available column. Example: P 1214 YI. 
• Then press the “Continue” button, and information regarding the tax bill will appear. 

4. Check via SMS

The steps are as follows. 

• Open the SMS application on your phone, then type an SMS in the format “JATIM (space) vehicle license plate number”. Example: P 1214 YI.
• Once done, send the SMS to the number 7070.
• Wait a moment until you receive an SMS reply regarding the amount of tax that needs to be paid.
