- Open a browser on your smartphone or laptop and visit the site https://e-samsat.id.
- Wait until the site page appears with “Check Vehicle Tax Throughout Indonesia”.
- Then select the “Province” menu on the left side and choose according to the registered domicile of the car.
- Next, fill out the form displayed on the site. This includes the vehicle's license plate code, plate number, serial number, chassis number, and province.
- If everything is filled out correctly, click the “Check Now” button, and the site will display complete information regarding the amount of tax that must be paid.

Once done, click the “Check Now” button and the tax amount will appear.
