Once the site page appears, you just need to enter the information required by the site. Starting from the vehicle plate number, chassis number, and engine number that match the data on your vehicle's STNK. Then press the “Check” button. 

If your vehicle has not committed a violation, the site will display the message “No data available.” However, if your vehicle has received a ticket, the site will provide information regarding the location, time, violation status, type of vehicle that committed the violation, and the penalty for the violation. 

2. Check through a special electronic ticket application

Next, you can find out whether your vehicle has received a ticket or not through the electronic ticket application. Here’s how:

• First, open a download application on your smartphone such as PlayStore. 
• Once the application page opens, you can type in the search box with the following phrase “electronic ticket check application.”
• After that, just select the ticket check application, and then download it. 
• Once downloaded, you just need to install the application. And the application is ready for you to use.

For the available electronic ticket check application, there is the Polri Super App. This application can be downloaded through the download application, and can also be accessed through the site https://tilang.kejaksaan.go.id. Using this application is quite easy, here’s how:

• Open the Polri Super App that you have downloaded or accessed on the prosecutor's ticket site.
• Once the application opens, you just need to enter the information requested by the application. First, enter the ticket registration number or the file number provided by the Satlantas. Then, press the “search” button.
• Wait a moment until information about the traffic violation you committed appears along with the amount of the fine that must be paid.
• After that, you need to see information regarding the collection of evidence. In this process, you can choose the method of collecting evidence. Whether you will collect the evidence yourself directly or have it delivered. 
• After selecting the collection method, the application will automatically direct you to the payment page to obtain the fine payment billing. 
• After that, make the fine payment through ATM, internet banking, mobile banking, via marketplace, via supermarkets, or post office. 
• Don’t forget to save the payment receipt if you have made the payment, as proof of evidence collection.
