1. Complete the requirements for handling a lost STNK

Create a loss report (SKTLK or BAP). This letter can be obtained at the nearest police station to your residence. The way is to make a loss report.
Original ID card of the previous vehicle owner if the vehicle you purchased has not been transferred to your name.
