How to Assemble a Good Subwoofer for a Car

A subwoofer is a type of speaker that functions to receive music with low frequencies. This type of speaker is considered very enjoyable when used to play songs that use hard bass.

1. Pay Attention to the Connecting Circuit on Dual Input

This circuit is the main component that must be considered to lift the notes well. This is because the subwoofer only requires low notes to produce enjoyable hard bass music sounds. 

However, speakers presented in the form of a subwoofer will not be able to carry high or medium notes.

Nonetheless, the presence of a subwoofer can become a favorite speaker for hard bass music lovers. Assembling this type of speaker needs to be done by making the dual input connecting circuit into a single output. 

A good way to assemble a subwoofer is to create a c945 circuit to produce a subwoofer that can emit very thunderous sounds.

The c945 circuit is a type of bipolar transistor designed to produce low to medium notes using the NPN type. This transistor is designed using a base, emitter, and collector.

2. Audio Buffer on Satellites

Next, you also need to use a dual satellite audio buffer in this circuit. This audio buffer functions as an audio control to provide subwoofer output. You can even use a stereo device to produce mono or 1 output without interference from channel R.

3. Generating Low Notes

A good way to assemble a subwoofer can also be done by generating the required notes, namely low notes. In this case, input L needs to be split into 2 using a 4K7 resistor. 

This circuit will channel to the satellite buffer and audio control for the subwoofer. Another thing to consider is using 2200 watts or less.

If you have reached the assembly at this stage, you may notice that high and medium notes start to thin out. Meanwhile, the output produced has been dominated by low notes. 

However, this condition usually only makes the sound appear lower or smaller. Therefore, you need to address this with a transistor amplifier.

4. Transistor Amplifier

The transistor amplifier functions to suppress high and medium notes that are still filtered from the output notes produced. Of course, the low notes that were previously heard as smaller and lower will be amplified by the transistor amplifier. 

Therefore, this amplifier often has a dual function to suppress and amplify the needed notes.

However, you need to pay attention to the transistor amplifier when learning how to assemble a good subwoofer. You should use the transistor amplifier to connect the base installation to the collector part found on the legs of the c945 transistor. 

For that, connect this amplifier to R6 or 1 Mega in parallel with 8.20 pico with a capacitor of 470 PF-1000 PF.

These are some steps you need to take to design a transistor and create a good subwoofer. A good and correct design can produce low notes with loud and thunderous sound.
