STNK Requirements Not Met

A registered workshop is one that has legal status, meaning it has a PT (limited liability company). If not, then the application for identity change in the STNK is insufficient. This requirement is in accordance with the provisions in Article 54 of the Chief of Police Regulation Number 7 of 2021.

Specifically, in Law Number 22 of 2009. The fine can be up to 500 thousand rupiah, plus a maximum imprisonment of 2 months.
