The Mobile SIM service in Bandung operates every day from Monday to Saturday starting at 08:00 until the SIM issuance process is completed. The registration schedule itself is open from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB.

Requirements for Renewing SIM in Bandung with Mobile SIM Service
If you intend to renew your SIM using Mobile SIM service, you need to prepare several documents as follows.

Original SIM that is still valid, not exceeding its validity period.

Original ID Card or SUKET (Certificate of Replacement for E-ID Card) that is still valid, along with a photocopy of the ID Card.

Mobile SIM Service, MIM outlets, and MPP in Bandung City only serve the renewal of SIM A and C for all of Indonesia.

It is advisable to renew the SIM well in advance before its validity expires.

If the SIM has exceeded its validity period, the renewal process can be done at the nearest Satpas or Polres by showing the E-ID Card to apply for a new SIM issuance.

Operational Hours of service start at 08:00 WIB until the SIM issuance process is completed.

Registration for SIM renewal is open from Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB.

Health Certificate from a doctor appointed by the police, stating that the applicant is physically healthy (can be obtained at the service location), in accordance with Police Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning the Issuance and Marking of SIM.

Mental Health Certificate from a psychological institution appointed by the police's HR Bureau, stating that the applicant is mentally healthy (can be obtained at the service location), in accordance with Police Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning the Issuance and Marking of SIM.

For persons with disabilities, especially those using hearing aids and have met health requirements, they can have SIM A and/or SIM C accompanied by a health certificate from a doctor.
