1. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

If you wish to renew your SIM through the mobile SIM service on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, you can visit Cimahi Mall from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

2. Tuesday

On Tuesday, the Cimahi Mobile SIM operates from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Alun-Alun Lembang located at Jl. Pegadaian Gg. Dencer 1 No. 13, Lembang, Bandung Barat.

3. Friday

On Friday, the Cimahi Mobile SIM operates from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Kota Baru Padalarang Ex. Giant Retail (Jl. Panyawangan Blok A1 Kav. 2 Kertajaya, Padalarang, West Java).

4. Saturday

On Saturday, the Cimahi Mobile SIM operates from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Cimahi Mall.

Requirements for SIM Renewal at Cimahi Mobile SIM

For Cimahi residents who wish to renew their SIM through the Cimahi Mobile SIM, you need to meet the following requirements.

1. Attach the original ID card along with a photocopy, approximately 3 sheets.
2. Attach the original SIM A or SIM C along with a photocopy, approximately 2 sheets. Ensure that the SIM you are renewing is still valid, at least 1 day before its expiration.

4. Bring a certain amount of money to pay for the SIM issuance. For renewing SIM A, a fee of Rp80,000 is usually charged. Meanwhile, for renewing SIM C, you need to pay a fee of Rp75,000.
