Procedure for Withdrawing Four-Wheeled Vehicle Documents
The requirements for carrying out this process have several procedures that are quite easy to follow. Because, you only need to prepare important documents, then you can visit the Samsat in the area where your BPKB is registered.
This way, you can continue the processing of documents related to your vehicle.
After that, the vehicle must undergo a physical check conducted by the Samsat officer. In this process, the officer will check the vehicle's engine number and chassis number that are on the vehicle.
Then, once completed, the officer who printed it will provide the results to be submitted to the counter.
Once at the counter, you will be given a form to fill out with information regarding the vehicle. If you have filled out all the data, you can directly submit the form to the counter. After that, wait until your name is called. Because, you need to settle the withdrawal fee for the vehicle documents.
In this process, the original BPKB of your four-wheeled vehicle will be held temporarily. This is done for the renewal of the old documents.
So, you don't need to worry about not having the BPKB in hand, as the officer will provide a letter of introduction to retrieve it at the local police station or the area where you live.
Once you have gone through this series of processes, you just need to wait for the documents to be issued. This can be completed if the mutation fee has been paid according to the existing regulations.
