Please note that the mobile SIM service only serves the renewal of SIM for categories A and C. For friends who will renew their SIM through the mobile SIM service, friends must prepare several things related to the required documents to be brought, such as photocopies of ID cards and old SIMs. Also, don't forget to bring writing tools, such as a pen.
Online SIM Creation Procedure
When friends arrive at the mobile SIM service location, gather the documents in one folder and submit them to the registration officer. Next, friends will be given a form that must be filled out as personal data. Then submit all required documents to the officer. Wait for friends' names to be called to enter the bus. Once inside, friends will undergo a vision test by looking at two numbers on a piece of paper.
If friends can answer correctly, friends will then be directed to the photo area. After that, friends are required to pay the SIM renewal fee. The SIM renewal fee is regulated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 60 of 2016, concerning Types and Tariffs for Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), with SIM A costing Rp 80,000, while SIM C is Rp 5,000 cheaper. But usually, an additional health fee of Rp 25,000 and insurance of Rp 30,000 will be charged.
The mobile SIM location is usually near the local District Office. The schedule is according to working days from 9 AM to 3 PM, alternating each day. Usually, the mobile SIM service also opens a stand at CFD events on Sundays. For friends living in the DKI Jakarta area, the mobile SIM service can be enjoyed at 5 locations. Friends in North Jakarta can enjoy this service at the parking lot of Satpas SIM Daan Mogot. If friends are from West Jakarta, this service can also be enjoyed at the parking lot of Satpas SIM Daan Mogot.
On the other hand, for friends from South Jakarta, the mobile SIM service can be enjoyed from the Trilogi Kalibata Campus. Meanwhile, residents of East Jakarta can enjoy this service from Green Terrace Taman Mini. And for residents of Central Jakarta, they can access this service at the South Lobby of ITC Cempaka Mas.
