Operation Patuh Jaya 2025, Maintaining Awareness of Drivers for Orderly Traffic Compliance
JAKARTA, JULY 2025, Traffic order on the road becomes the obligation of road users. This includes Daihatsu friends. Moreover, the Indonesian National Police is holding Operation Patuh 2025 in the jurisdiction of Indonesia, including in DKI Jakarta.
No need to worry. Daihatsu friends need to prepare themselves and their vehicles. In addition to documents, the prime condition of the vehicle should not be neglected. Additionally, orderly behavior and compliance with traffic signs will maintain concentration and prevent accidents for oneself and others on the road.
2-Week Period
The police will start Operation Patuh 2025 today for the next 14 days. Like the Operation Patuh Jaya 2025 in Jakarta, it is expected to raise public awareness in traffic.
The implementation of this operation will take place for 14 days, from July 14 to July 27, 2025. The number of personnel involved in this operation is 2,938 combined personnel.
This operation is expected to raise awareness, with the desired output and outcome being that everything runs orderly, and safety can be maintained, both for drivers and passengers.
"This is what we truly hope for, hopefully, the community will be reminded by this operation to always be careful and to comply with all traffic regulations. By being obedient and orderly on the road, it will greatly reduce, first, violations, and second, traffic accidents," said Irjen Karyoto, Kapokda Metro Jaya (14/07).
Polda Metro Jaya classification of each targeted violation is as follows:
1. Individuals
- Drivers violating road markings
- Drivers going against the flow
- Motor vehicle drivers consuming drugs/drunk
- Drivers using mobile phones
- Motorcycle drivers and passengers not wearing SNI helmets
- Vehicle drivers not using seat belts
- Drivers exceeding speed limits
- Underage drivers.
2. Objects
- Vehicles unfit for the road
- Completeness of R2 motor vehicles (TNKB, Non-standard mirrors, Exhausts, etc.)
- Completeness of R4 motor vehicles (TNKB)
- Vehicles not equipped with STNK
- Vehicle Number Signs (TNKB) that do not comply with regulations
- Motor vehicles installing rotators and sirens not for their intended purpose.
3. Locations
- Traffic orderly areas
- Industrial areas
- Main roads and toll roads
- Areas prone to violations, accidents, and traffic congestion
- Specific areas/routes subject to odd-even regulations (Gage)
- Entrances and exits of terminals, train stations, airports, and ports
- Entrances and exits of tourist attractions
- Entrances and exits of markets, shopping malls.
- Activities
- Road users outside their intended purpose
- Overflow markets, street vendors using sidewalks as selling places
- Activities for expressing opinions (Demonstrations)
- Soliciting donations on the road.
