Performance Becomes More Optimal, Here Are Tips for Maintaining Fuel Injection Cars
Having a personal vehicle is a dream for many people. However, not every vehicle owner fully understands the condition of their vehicle. Moreover, now all new four-wheeled vehicles are equipped with an injection system or EFI.
To provide optimal performance, it is advisable to perform routine maintenance on the injection car. Here are the tips.
1. Cleaning Each Sensor Part
As is known, injection cars are equipped with several sensors to support their operation. There are at least ten types of sensors in the injection car engine.
Starting from the vacuum tube, air filter, coolant temperature, idle, injector nozzle, and so on. Each of these sensors has its own very important role in the four-wheeled vehicle.
Considering the importance of each sensor's function, as a vehicle owner, you are required to perform routine maintenance by cleaning them. So that the sensors can be maximally clean.
You can utilize contact cleaner that is often used for electrical connectors. It is important to note that the maintenance of injection car sensors cannot be cleaned in the same way.

2. Cleaning the Throttle Body
One of the important components of the injection engine is the throttle body, which functions to regulate the airflow in the engine.
If the throttle body is rarely cleaned, it will cause a lot of gum or dirt to stick and disrupt the airflow process in the engine.
To avoid this, try to clean it periodically.
Because if this condition is left unchecked, it will certainly worsen the performance of the vehicle's engine rotation and the sensors located in the throttle body.
Cleaning the throttle body component on injection cars actually requires a special fluid, considering that the gum or dirt that sticks to it is very difficult to clean.
Even so, in this injection car maintenance, you can do it by spraying special fluid on the throttle while the engine is running. Make sure your vehicle's engine does not turn off when cleaning.
Once the dirt on the throttle body has been removed, you can turn off the car engine. Before using it, wait for 15 minutes first.
3. Performing Maintenance on the Injector Nozzle
The injector nozzle is one of the important components in the injection engine that is useful for spraying fuel. Therefore, routine maintenance is necessary for its performance to always be optimal.
If you use low-quality fuel, it will cause the nozzle holes to become clogged with dirt or deposits.
As a result, the spray produced will have problems due to being clogged with dirt, and the engine rotation will slow down and its pull will be hindered. This certainly affects the comfort of the driver.
So how do you clean it? Maintenance of the injection car on this component is done by mixing special cleaning fluid into the fuel tank.
At first glance, maintenance on injection cars does seem complicated.
However, this is very necessary to do, considering that each component often gets dirty due to frequent use.
Make sure that you pay attention to each component and sensor present in the vehicle's injection system.
