After the evidence has been sent, the local police will send a confirmation letter of the traffic violation based on the vehicle's license plate number and the traffic violator's STNK. The deadline for confirming the letter is no later than five days after the traffic violator receives the letter. The clarification of the traffic violation is similar to the classification of the right to respond in court in the manual ticketing system. In the confirmation of the traffic violation letter, the recipient must clarify whether the violation was indeed committed by them or if the violation was committed by someone else who just purchased their vehicle. 

If you are the one who actually committed the violation, you are required to pay the fine as charged. If you do not pay within the specified time limit, your vehicle's STNK will be blocked until you settle the fine payment.

How to Resolve STNK Blocked by ETLE

The way to resolve an STNK that is blocked by ETLE is very easy, you just need to meet the requirements for unblocking the STNK by ETLE, such as attaching the original vehicle registration certificate (BPKB) along with its photocopy, the original STNK along with its photocopy, the original ID card and photocopy of the vehicle owner, and proof of vehicle purchase that has been signed and stamped. 1. Payment through Bank Teller

The steps are as follows.

• Take a transaction queue number.
• Fill out the deposit slip.
• Enter the 15-digit ticket payment number into the account number column.
• Enter the fine amount on the deposit slip.
• Submit the deposit slip to the bank teller.
• Wait until the transaction validation process is complete and keep the validated deposit slip as proof of evidence collection.

2. Payment through the Prosecutor's Office website

The steps are as follows. 

• Visit the website https://tilang.kejaksaan.go.id
• Enter the ticket blank number or ticket registration number, then press the “Search” button
• Press the “Pay” button and make the payment according to the fine amount. 
• Confirm the payment and ensure the fine payment was successful. 
• Keep the payment receipt as proof of evidence collection.

3. Payment through bank transfer

• Visit the nearest ATM, and insert the ATM debit card along with the ATM PIN.
• Select the menu “Other Transactions > Transfer > to Other Bank Accounts”.
• Enter the bank code (002).
• Next, enter the 15-digit ticket payment code.
• Enter the payment amount according to the fine charged.
• Ensure the fine payment details are correct and keep the transaction receipt as proof of collection.
