This toll road is also part of the Trans Java Toll Road, specifically located on the central route connecting Jakarta City with Surabaya City via the Banyumas toll segment. It has officially implemented tariffs on the Kartasura-Klaten segment starting November 8, 2024. This decision is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) No. 2816/KPTS/2024.
