1. Use Quality Oil

Oil is an important component needed to make the car engine smooth. Generally, this component serves to prevent the engine from stalling and failing to function. 

Thus, an engine that can run as it should can produce a smooth sound. However, the variety of oil types means you must be careful in choosing quality products.

Choosing quality oil should be based on the suitability of the oil specifications according to the engine's needs. You even need to research in detail regarding the specifications and brands of oil before purchasing it. 

The use of oil in the engine affects the engine sound, whether smooth or rough. Likewise, ways to make the car engine smooth also need to consider the proper use of oil.

3. Pay Attention to the Engine Valve Gap Condition

In this case, you should adjust the engine valve gap correctly using a 17mm ring wrench, stock wrench, and handle to achieve a valve gap that is neither too tight nor too loose.
