The Klaten-Prambanan Functional Toll Can Be Passed During Nataru
JAKARTA, NOVEMBER 2024, The latest news, the Solo – Yogyakarta toll road is eagerly awaited. If the Solo – Klaten route is officially toll-based, now welcoming Christmas 2024 and New Year 2025, Daihatsu friends can already pass through to Prambanan. The government will operate the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulonprogo toll road segment Klaten-Prambanan.
“God willing, in December the Klaten – Prambanan route will be operational. The construction of the Klaten-Prambanan toll road is complete. Preparations for the supporting facilities of the toll road are still underway,” said Dody Hanggodo, Minister of Public Works (PU) during an inspection of the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulonprogo toll road in Klaten Regency, Central Java, (16/11).
It is known that the Klaten-Prambanan toll segment, which is 8.6 kilometers long, is part of the Kartosuro-Purwomartani toll section. The management and preparation of the toll road are facing high traffic during the holiday season.

Functional Toll Road 24 Hours
This functional toll route will complement the Kartasura-Klaten section, which is 20.1 km long and has been operational since October 2024. The operation of the Klaten-Prambanan toll road is expected to alleviate congestion during the homecoming and return flows.
The Klaten-Prambanan segment can be operational for 24 hours, thus reducing the burden on national roads and accident rates. Not only does it shorten travel time, but it also ensures the comfort and safety of the drivers.
The Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulonprogo toll road is 96.57 km long, consisting of 3 phases of construction.
Phase 1 Kartasura-Purwomartani has partially operated and will be fully operational by the end of 2025. Meanwhile, phases 2 and 3 are targeted to be completed by 2027.
