Latest Toll Rates from Samarinda to Balikpapan 2024

As one of the longest toll roads in Indonesia, the Samarinda-Balikpapan Toll Road has a total length of approximately 97.27 kilometers. This toll road is divided into five sections. 

The first section consists of the Karang Joang – Samboja segment, which is approximately 21.66 kilometers long. The second section is the Samboja – Muara Jawa segment, which is approximately 30.98 kilometers long. The third section is the Muara Jawa – Palaran segment, which is 17.30 kilometers long. The fourth section is the Palaran – Simpang Jembatan Mahkota 2 segment, with a length of 16.59 kilometers. Lastly, the Manggar – Karang Joang segment is 10.74 kilometers long.

Therefore, before you embark on your journey, it is better to prepare the toll costs well. The latest rates for 2024 are as follows.

1. Toll Rates from Manggar to Simpang Jembatan Mahkota 2

The rates charged for each vehicle category are as follows.

  • Category I: Rp125,000.
  • Category II and III: Rp188,000.
  • Category IV and V: Rp251,000.

2. Toll Rates from Karang Joang to Manggar

The rates charged for each vehicle category are as follows.

  • Category I: Rp14,000.
  • Category II and III: Rp21,000.
  • Category IV and V: Rp27,500.

3. Toll Rates from Samboja to Manggar

The rates charged for each vehicle category are as follows.

  • Category I: Rp42,000.
  • Category II and III: Rp62,500.
  • Category IV and V: Rp83,500.

4. Toll Rates from Simpang Pasir – Karang Joang

The rates charged for each vehicle category are as follows.

  • Category I: Rp103,500.
  • Category II and III: Rp155,500.
  • Category IV and V: Rp206,000.

5. Toll Rates from Manggar to Simpang Jembatan Mahkota 2

The rates charged for each vehicle category are as follows.

  • Category I: Rp111,500.
  • Category II and III: Rp167,500.
  • Category IV and V: Rp223,000.
