Some Teacher Duties in School

Teachers are educators who teach knowledge. Teachers have a significant contribution because they teach students knowledge that has not been understood by a student. Thus, this knowledge can eventually spread and be beneficial to many people.
Teachers in schools are among the educators who have a great contribution. They teach various things that are unknown, until friends become knowledgeable like they are now. Often, someone only understands the contributions of their teachers after they become teachers themselves and know the difficulties of being a teacher.
It turns out that the duties of a teacher are not just to teach knowledge, my friends. Teachers have several other tasks that they must perform. Here are some of the teacher's duties in school.
As an Educator
Teaching students in school is the main duty of a teacher. This task is very important considering that without the teaching from teachers, students will have difficulty understanding the lesson material. Disciplining Students
A student in school is required to comply with the rules in their school. And a teacher's duty is to discipline students to follow school rules and learn orderly in school. It is advisable for teachers to set a good example in terms of discipline.
As a Class Guardian
In school, teachers do not only teach a specific subject. But they also serve as class managers. Class management includes monitoring the number of students present each day and also organizing the class structure such as class leader, vice class leader, treasurer, secretary, and others.
Guiding and Directing Students
Activities in school are not limited to learning and teaching about school material. In school, a student's character will also be formed. Teachers are tasked with guiding and directing students to behave well and also comply with the applicable regulations.

Teachers are tasked with training students.
Evaluating Student Lessons
The number of students in the class has the potential for uneven understanding among each student. Moreover, each student has different levels of intelligence. Teachers are tasked with evaluating each student to determine their level of understanding. This evaluation is useful for parents to know how far their child understands school lessons.
Giving Assessment
Grades on school tests serve as a benchmark for how well a student understands the material taught. With grades, students also know where their mistakes are in understanding the material. A teacher functions to provide appropriate grades to students as a parameter that can be used for evaluation.
The Role of Teachers in School
Teachers in schools are not only tasked with delivering material to students. Teachers in schools also have a role in embracing students who are still young so that they do not fall into bad things.
Teachers in schools seem to be a substitute for their parents. Moreover, students spend more time in school than at home. Thus, teachers can become motivators for their students, as advisors and also guides.
