  3. Select the PKB (Motor Vehicle Tax) option from the main menu.
  4. Click the Service option in the available menu.
  5. Select the "Block Vehicle" service type from the options that appear.
  6. Select the vehicle number to be blocked from the available list.
  7. Upload all required documents for the blocking process.
  8. Finally, click the "Submit" button to apply for the STNK block.

Make sure to follow these steps carefully and ensure that all required documents have been uploaded correctly.

How to Block STNK Online in West Java

Here are the steps to block the STNK online in West Java based on information from various sources:

  1. Download the Sambara application via the Google Play Store if you are using an Android-based phone. iOS users can download the Sapawarga application from the App Store.
  2. Open the Sambara application and access the "Info and Services" menu. Select the "Ownership Protection" option available in this column.
  3. Enter the vehicle registration number to be blocked on the displayed page.
  4. If you are not registered, complete the registration process requested by the application. Ensure that the registered phone number is active.
  5. After registration, complete your personal data according to the information on the Identity Card (KTP), including NIK, TNKB (Motor Vehicle Registration Number), and phone number.
  6. Carefully complete the verification process, especially when entering the unique number sent via SMS.
  7. Add a signature and photo according to the instructions provided. Ensure the photo is clear and not blurry.
  8. Once all data is filled in, proceed to the blocking process. Select "Yes" when prompted to start blocking the car STNK.
  9. Follow the steps until you receive a notification that your car STNK blocking has been successful.

Ensure your device is connected to a good internet connection during this process to prevent data collection interruptions that could lead to the failure of online STNK blocking.

Documents to Prepare 

To manage the blocking of the car STNK is not difficult. You just need to complete the required documents or data such as:

  1. Owner's ID card (photocopy)

  3. Letter/Deed of transfer/Proof of Payment (photocopy)
  4. STNK/BPKB if available (photocopy)

3. Bring a photocopy of the Family Card
