1. First step, download the SIGNAL application first from your phone's download browser.
2. Second step, install the application.
3. Third step, register by entering the requested data such as NIK, identity, KTP photo, phone number, and active email, along with a selfie for the registration verification process.
4. Fourth step, check your email because the SIGNAL application will resend the verification process.
5. Fifth step, click the link in your email for re-verification.

4. Through the Bapenda Riau Islands Website
