Flow and Process of Vehicle Name Transfer 2024
As mentioned earlier, the transfer of motorcycle ownership is done at the Samsat Office (One-Stop Integrated System). The process and flow of how to transfer the STNK or BPKB of a motorcycle are as follows:
- Go to the Samsat Office according to the residence listed on your KTP. However, if you do it outside your residence, you must process the withdrawal of documents at the Samsat Office according to the old owner's residence.
- Prepare the documents and requirements for transferring the motorcycle's name as mentioned above.
- For photocopies of KTP, STNK, and BPKB, staple them together and place them in a folder.

- Next, carry out a physical inspection of the vehicle at the Samsat Office, which will be conducted by the officer.
