10 Essential Elements of Physical Fitness You Must Know

Regular exercise is one way to keep the body fit every day. 

During exercise, you have unconsciously engaged in a series of activities that rely on several elements of physical fitness. 

The more often you train, the better your body's health condition will be. Here are the elements of body fitness 

1. Strength 

Based on the meaning of body fitness, strength refers to a condition where a person will use their muscles to perform various activities related to physical activities. 

You can maximize muscle strength by consistently performing a series of exercises. Some types of sports that rely on muscles include karate to boxing. 

2. Speed 

In the context of body fitness, speed refers to a person's ability to perform a series of activities in a short amount of time. There are several factors that influence a person's movement speed, including reaction time, muscle elasticity, training volume, and the reaction time given. 

3. Endurance 

The endurance referred to here is the ability to move all body parts at different tempos and times without feeling tired. Elements of physical fitness can be honed by engaging in various types of light exercises such as jogging

4. Balance 

If you can control various body organs along with their nerves well, then it can be assured that your body balance is well maintained. There are several ways to hone a person's balance, starting from walking casually on a wooden beam. 

5. Flexibility 

The flexibility referred to here is the freedom of body muscles, especially in the joints. Flexibility is even needed in almost all branches of sports, therefore you need to train it so that the muscles do not feel stiff when the body is moved. 

6. Accuracy 

In the context of body fitness, accuracy means a person is able to coordinate their body parts to hit the target they aim for. Sports that require accuracy include playing basketball and archery.

7. Agility 

One of the next elements of physical fitness is agility. Agility refers to the body's ability to adjust various movements performed, such as moving from the front position to the right side. Training methods to hone agility are quite varied, such as running in a zigzag pattern.

8. Reaction 

Who would have thought that a person's reaction to a movement or stimulus is also one of the elements that indicate their body fitness. There are various ways to hone reaction ability, such as playing volleyball, badminton, or soccer. 

9. Coordination 

Do you have the ability to combine various different movements at one time? It seems you possess one of the elements of body fitness called coordination. Methods to train body coordination can be done by bouncing a ball against a wall and then trying to catch it. 

10. Muscle Power 

For those who have the ability to maximize their strength in a short time, their muscle power is well maintained. This element of physical fitness can be trained by doing exercises such as side jump or front jump

Everyone hopes to have a fit and healthy body every day, to avoid various types of dangerous diseases that can strike at any time without discrimination. 

Adopting a healthy lifestyle alone is not enough, as you must balance it with regular exercise so that you do not easily tire when performing daily activities.
