In this component, there is an oil hole that is useful for lubricating the friction between the piston rod component and the crankshaft. This part will be fitted with a rod bearing to ensure it operates correctly.
The next important component is the crank pin oil hole. As the name suggests, this component is a hole used to channel oil from the engine to all parts of the crankshaft.
To support the engine's performance in a four-wheeled vehicle, this component is also directly related to the crank pin and main journal. Additionally, the main journal component is usually equipped with a main bearing and oil hole.
This is very important to keep the crankshaft functioning optimally. Usually, the function of the crankshaft main journal equipped with a main bearing performs better because it is lubricated with oil.
