- Sit in the front of the vehicle for a smoother ride.
- Try to keep your gaze focused on the horizon or land.
- During car travel, sit in the front seat of the car.
- Focus your gaze on the horizon, rest your head against the headrest, and try to remain still.
- Concentrate on maintaining slow and deep breathing.
