This component consists of two types, namely hydraulic switches and mechanical switches. The hydraulic switch is usually installed on the master brake cylinder component.
The hydraulic switch will function when the brake fluid pressure reaches between 0.5 bar and 1.5 bar in the master brake cylinder.
Meanwhile, the mechanical switch is usually installed on the brake pedal. The mechanical switch will automatically function when the driver presses the brake pedal.
5. Brake Light
The brake light is the main component that produces light when braking the car. This component is usually located in the city light or rear light of the car.
